I'm writing this to warn other parents looking for glasses for their kids. My experience with GlassesUSA has been a complete nightmare, and I feel totally robbed. Honestly, this place is the worst. I've ordered glasses with an added warranty, and when I needed a replacement due to a broken frame, they told me my choice was out of stock. Instead of a proper replacement, they give me store credit plus a small percentage, which forces me to get a cheaper and lighter pair than the last. The value of my order has dropped from $189 to around $130. It's a total joke. After getting nowhere with their system, I felt I had no choice but to call customer service one last time before posting my review everywhere.
Customer: I'm calling about my warranty replacement, again. This is a joke. Why do I keep getting a store credit for a cheaper frame? My original order was worth $189, and now it’s somehow down to $130. This is robbery.
