WARNING: My $372 Nightmare with Their Customer Service Bot 🤖
I’m writing this as a warning. My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. After spending a significant amount of money, I received a damaged product and then hit a complete wall with customer service. Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This entire ordeal forced me to leave this review and try one last time to get a real person on the phone.
Customer: Finally, a human! I've been trying for two days. I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your useless bot keeps failing to send my return label. CS Rep: I am so terribly sorry for the frustration you've experienced. That is completely unacceptable. Let me pull up your order right now and personally resolve this for you. Customer: That’s what I was told before, but then your team sent the wrong information for the return. This is ineptitude at its finest. If this isn't fixed, my lawyers will get involved. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for that error. I am generating a new, correct return label as we speak. I will stay on the line with you until you confirm you have received it in your email. Customer: Fine. Let's try it again. If I don't see it in the next 60 seconds, we're done here. CS Rep: Of course. I have just sent the label. Please check your inbox and your spam folder and let me know when you see it.
