Hours later, I received an email stating “my order is in process and will take 3 business days.” My glasses finally arrived six days after ordering. This blatant failure to deliver the service I paid for compelled me to try and engage with their customer service to get my $19.95 back.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and it took six days to arrive. This is unacceptable, and I need a refund for the express shipping fee. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with your delivery. I understand this is frustrating. Could you please provide your order number so I can check the details? Customer: Yes, my order number is [Order Number]. I specifically paid for "next day delivery," which was prominently advertised on your site.
