Can you please provide your order number so I can look into the details? Customer: It's [Order Number]. Your policy says 14 days. So for three days, I’m just out of luck on a defective product? CS Rep: I understand your concern, and I do see that your order is just outside the 14-day warranty period. Our policy is firm on that timeline. Customer: So you're confirming you sell low-quality products and then hide behind policy? The chatbot suggested I just "purchase another pair." Is that your official solution? CS Rep: I apologize for that automated suggestion. While I cannot process a return, I can offer you a 50% discount coupon towards a new pair as a gesture of goodwill.
