I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. It's $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because frankly, whatever happened to customer service? I just want my money back for an order I never received.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order number 105081183. I placed it on February 24th, and I still haven't received my glasses or my refund. The tracking has shown it stuck in Atlanta for weeks.
CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience, sir/ma'am. Let me check your order details. I see the note about the transit delay.
Customer: "Transit delay" isn't good enough. It's been over a month! I've been getting automated responses saying it's in transit from a bot. I want my $246.00 back. This is my hard-earned money, and I haven't received anything.
